Who this is for

For people who think deeply, care a lot, and are trying to move wisely.

Many of my clients are impact-oriented professionals, founders, community builders, students, and reflective adults who are capable on the outside but overloaded inside. The work is calm, honest, and practical: understand what is happening, choose what matters, and build the next step without forcing a false version of yourself.

About Anthony

Psychologist by training, coach by practice, and systems-builder by experience.

I am an operations professional and psychologist by training, with a degree in Psychology recognized in Spain and experience across mental health support, nonprofit operations, entrepreneurship, community building, and talent coordination. My work combines certified coaching training, CBT-informed tools, and a practical understanding of how people actually live and work.

I have supported individuals and groups through anxiety, depression, career transitions, resilience work, life skills, and public mental health workshops. I also bring experience with neurodivergent inclusion, cross-cultural communication, and high-responsibility environments where values and execution both matter.

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology
  • Certified Coach Training, MOE Foundation
  • Crisis care and psychological first aid training
  • English, Spanish, French, and Catalan

Working style

Direct, warm, and practical.

I try to make the work feel like a steady conversation with structure: enough care to be honest, enough clarity to leave with something usable.

Approach

Structured enough to be useful. Human enough to be honest.

The work is coaching-led and mental-health-informed. It is not about becoming endlessly optimized. It is about creating enough clarity, stability, and agency to choose your next move well.

01

Map the situation

We start by understanding the pattern: what is happening, what is draining you, what you have already tried, and what matters underneath the noise.

02

Make it workable

We turn insight into simple experiments, CBT-informed tools, decision frameworks, communication practice, or routines that fit your real constraints.

03

Build continuity

We review what changes, adapt the plan, and build a way of working with yourself that remains useful after the sessions end.

CBT-informed tools

What CBT-informed means here

CBT stands for Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. In this work, it means using practical tools to notice how thoughts, feelings, body signals, and actions influence each other, then testing small changes in real life. It is useful structure, not a promise of specialist treatment.

01

Thoughts

Notice the story your mind is repeating, especially when pressure, uncertainty, or self-criticism gets loud.

02

Feelings

Name emotional and body signals without treating them as failures or final verdicts.

03

Actions

Try small behaviors that create evidence, choice, and movement instead of waiting to feel ready.

04

Patterns

Review what changes, what stays hard, and what becomes a repeatable practice.

FAQ

Before you book

What kind of support is this?

This is coaching-led, mental-health-informed support. It can include CBT-informed tools, reflection, planning, and emotional skills work. If your needs are high-risk, specialist, or outside my scope, I will say so and suggest a more appropriate route.

Do you work online?

Yes. Sessions are available online, with Barcelona-based options depending on fit and availability.

Which language can sessions be in?

English or Spanish are the most natural options. French and Catalan may also be possible depending on the type of work.

What happens in the free consultation?

We discuss what brings you here, what kind of support you are looking for, whether the fit is good, and what a first step could look like. There is no pressure to continue.

First call

A low-pressure way to see if the fit is right.

The consultation is not a performance or a commitment. It is a short conversation to understand what you need, what I can realistically offer, and whether another route would serve you better.

01

You bring the situation

A few honest lines are enough. We can make sense of the rest together.

02

We clarify fit

We look at the kind of support you want, scope, language, availability, and safety.

03

You leave with a next step

That may be working together, taking time to decide, or looking for a different professional.

  3. 3. Clear limitsThis is not emergency support. Higher-risk or specialist needs may require another professional.
